FAQ

Before you buy

What technologies are used?
Every template is a React Native application built on the Expo SDK, written in TypeScript with strict mode enabled, and navigated with Expo Router. Styling uses NativeWind. Each template's detail page lists the exact libraries it depends on.
Do I receive the complete source code?
Yes. A purchase gives you the full Expo project: every screen, the component layer, navigation, theme, typed sample data, configuration and documentation. There is no obfuscated or withheld code, and no runtime dependency on our servers.
Can I customize the templates?
That is the point of them. Colours, typography and spacing are defined as tokens in a single theme file, so changing the tokens restyles the whole app. Beyond that you have the source and can change anything.
Do I need React Native experience?
Some. The templates are production code rather than a tutorial, so you should be comfortable running an Expo project and editing TypeScript components. If you have shipped a React web app and read the Expo quickstart, you will manage.
How does the membership work?
A membership is a monthly subscription that lets you download any membership-eligible template while it is active, without paying for each one. New eligible releases are included during your membership. It renews automatically until you cancel.
Can I download templates after purchasing?
Yes. Purchased templates appear in your dashboard and can be downloaded whenever you need them. Downloads are served through short-lived signed links and are rate limited to a reasonable number per hour.
Do purchased templates receive updates?
Buying a template gives you permanent access to the version you bought, plus updates to that template released under the same major version. A future major rewrite may be offered as a separate product; that would be stated clearly before you buy.
Can I use templates in commercial applications?
Yes. The licence permits use in commercial apps you build and ship, including client work. It does not permit reselling or redistributing the template itself, as a template or as part of a competing product. The full terms are in the License Agreement.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Access to membership templates ends when the period you have paid for ends — not on the day you cancel. Templates you bought individually are unaffected and remain downloadable. Files already on your machine stay licensed under the terms in force when you downloaded them.
What is your refund policy?
Because the product is downloadable source code, a refund is available before you download the files. Once a template has been downloaded we can only refund it where the product is materially not as described. The full conditions are in the Refund Policy.
