Terms of Service

1. Who we are

This marketplace is operated by Custom Theme ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of the site and anything you buy through it. By creating an account or making a purchase you accept them.

2. Accounts

You need an account to buy or download anything. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You must give an email address you control, because purchase receipts and download access are tied to it.

3. What you are buying

An individual purchase ($130) grants a licence to the source code of one template, as described in the License Agreement. A studio membership ($590 per month) grants a licence to download templates marked membership-eligible for as long as the membership is active.

You are buying a licence to use the code. You are not acquiring ownership of the template or any intellectual property in it.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not receive or store your card details.

Access is granted only once the payment provider confirms the payment to us. Returning from a checkout page does not by itself grant access.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply in your country.

5. Membership billing and cancellation

A membership renews automatically each month on the date you subscribed, until you cancel it.

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not end your access immediately: you keep membership access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

When that period ends, membership-based access stops. Templates you purchased individually are unaffected.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute a template, on its own or as part of a competing product
• Share your account, your download links or the files with anyone outside your organisation
• Attempt to circumvent download limits, entitlement checks or any other access control
• Use the templates to build anything unlawful

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, withdraw or stop publishing a template at any time. If a template you purchased is withdrawn, your licence to the version you downloaded continues.

8. Liability

The templates are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
