Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect only what is needed to sell and deliver the product:

• Account details: your email address and, if you provide one, your display name
• Purchase records: what you bought, when, the amount, and the payment provider's transaction reference
• Subscription records: status, billing period and cancellation state
• Download records: which template you downloaded, when, and the IP address of the request
• Technical data your browser sends automatically, such as user agent

2. What we never collect

We do not receive or store your card number, CVC or expiry date. Those go directly to Dodo Payments, which is responsible for processing them.

3. Why we hold it

• To let you sign in and to show you what you own
• To decide whether you may download a given template
• To keep accurate financial records, which tax law requires us to retain
• To detect and investigate abuse of download limits or shared accounts

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers that make the service work:

• Supabase — authentication, database and file storage
• Dodo Payments — payment processing
• A transactional email provider — account and receipt emails
• Our hosting provider

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account exists. Download records are kept for operational and anti-abuse purposes.

Purchase and subscription records are retained after account deletion, because we are legally required to keep financial records. These are detached from your account and the account is replaced with a tombstone, so they cannot be used to identify you through the site.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data, and ask for a copy of it. Deleting your account removes your profile and entitlements but not the financial records described above. Contact support@customtheme.site to make a request.

7. Cookies

We set cookies strictly to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
