License Agreement

What you may and may not do with the source code.

Last updated 3 November 2026

1. Licence granted

Subject to payment and these terms, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use, modify and incorporate the template's source code into applications you build.

An individual purchase licenses the specific template you bought, permanently, for the version you purchased and updates we release within the same major version.

A membership licenses every membership-eligible template for as long as the membership is active.

2. What you may do

  • Build and publish unlimited applications using the template
  • Use it in commercial work, including work you deliver to clients
  • Modify the code as much as you want
  • Ship your application to unlimited end users
  • Keep using code you downloaded while licensed, in applications already built with it, after a membership ends

3. What you may not do

  • Resell, redistribute or sublicense the template itself, modified or not
  • Publish it in a template marketplace, a starter kit, a course, or any product whose value is the template
  • Share the files or your download links outside your organisation
  • Remove or obscure copyright notices in the source
  • Use our name, logo or screenshots to imply we endorse your product

4. Client work

You may use a template to build an application for a client and transfer that application to them. The licence covers you as the developer; a client who wants to build further applications from the template needs their own licence.

5. Third-party components

Templates depend on open-source libraries, each under its own licence. Those licences govern those libraries. The dependency list ships with every template.

6. When a membership ends

You may continue to ship and maintain applications you already built with templates downloaded while your membership was active.

You may not download templates again, obtain updates, or start a new project from a membership template, unless you resubscribe or buy that template individually.

7. Termination

This licence ends if you breach it materially and do not fix the breach within 14 days of being told. On termination you must stop distributing anything containing the template.

A refund also ends the licence for the refunded template.

8. No warranty

The templates are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for testing anything you ship.
